Weine, Proseccos und viel mehr in der WeinbotschaftEnjoy a good glass of premium wine in the Weinbotschaft (Wine Embassy)!

In the Weinbotschaft (Wine Embassy) we live up to our name and serve premium wines from Austria and Italy. Our selection of delicious organic wines will amaze you!

If you prefer a good glass of beer, you can choose between organic specialities from the Lower Austrian “brewery Schrems”, such as the natural park beer and the rye beer. As the best known beer of the “Trumer private brewery” the “Trumer Pils” has already won international awards and was elected twice as the world-best pils. The “Trumer Pils” is the exception in the organic Weinbotschaft: it isn´t organic – but delicious! Our selection of non-alcoholic beverages includes organic apple-, grape- and pear-juice from Styria and Lower Austria.

Our appetizers range from the superbly refreshing organic “(Pro)Secco” from Gols and a premium organic champagne to the Pinot Cuvée from the vintner Salomon from Lower Austria. After a sweet dessert you might enjoy an outstanding liqueur or a glass of dessert wine. We are happy to advise you!

Weine, Proseccos und viel mehr in der WeinbotschaftWe serve the best pils beer - it´s just good enough.

Trumer Pils is brewed using the finest German and Austrian ingredients. The light golden appearance and tight creamy head boasts a vigorous carbonation; evident because of the small tight bubbles coming from the bottom of the glass. Trumer Pils' crisp, clean and well rounded finish is its true signature. Although traditionally hopped, Trumer Pils has a delicate hop bite that doesn't linger.

Trumer Pils - Winner World Beer Cup 2008

Trumer Pils has won the Gold medal at the World Beer Cup 2008 for Best German-style pilsner. This is an extraordinary accomplishment for Trumer Pils following the Gold medal win at the last World Beer Cup competition in 2006. Winners were selected by an international panel of 129 beer experts from 22 countries judging an impressive field of 2,930 entries from 646 breweries in 58 countries.
Weine, Proseccos und viel mehr in der WeinbotschaftOriginally Prosecco is the name of an old type of vine from Venetia.

In ancient times Prosecco used to be a much-valued wine, called Vinum Pucinum. This special wine is named after a type of grape – so Prosecco could basically be produced everywhere. Yet, only Prosecco from the legally defined region around the communities Valdobbiadene and Conegliano can get the status of “DOC”-Prosecco, if the wine was produced according to a special quality standard.

The vineyards of our wine grower Perlage are located in this region. The grapes for the superb Prosecco Valdobbiadene grow in the Riva Moretta, the vintners oldest vineyard. This Prosecco is a perfect appetizer and a great wine accompanying antipasti. A fantastic Prosecco you shouldn´t miss!

Weine, Proseccos und viel mehr in der WeinbotschaftIn the Weinbotschaft (Wine Embassy) you can enjoy first-class wine from Austria.

For connoisseurs austrian wine is an exquisite insiders´ tip. We´ve selected wine from some of the best austrian vintners for you! During the last years austrian wine-growers increased the quality of their wine significantly and now belong to the international elite.

What´s special about austrian wine? The areas under cultivation are naturally limited – compared to other wine producing countries the vineyards are extremely small. Yet this is the reason for the superior quality of austrian wine.
For austrian vineyard estates mass production is unusual. Many top-vintners only have a few hectares of vineyards. Therefore some vintners can only produce about 2000 bottles of their special wine per year.

Weine, Proseccos und viel mehr in der WeinbotschaftItaly is one of the most important and oldest wine producing countries in Europe.

Therefore we decided to offer you some of the most prominent Italian wines. While Tuscany and Piedmont still are the best-known representatives of the italian wine culture, other regions – above all the South – begin to draw the attention of wine connoisseurs to their products.

The progress from mass produced wine to organic quality wine was slow but steady. Nowadays more and more small vintners produce excellent wine of first-rate quality.

Thanks to its vast number of soil types and different climates Italy is a very diverse wine producing country. Beyond that, a wide range of grape variety - some of the types only grow in Italy - promises great potential on the international wine market for Italian products. Italy has always a delicacy in store!
