100% of the products and food we use are organic. That satisfies our customers – and tastes delicious. Organic farmers provide milk, superb cheese-specialities and meat. Our bread is baken especially for us. Fresh salads, vegetables and herbs, cold-pressed oils, handmade olive oil from Sicilia and a lot of other fresh products, used with love from our chef – that´s the way it should be!
Unique quality and organic wines, fruit- and vegetable-juices as well as fruit liqueurs make the offer perfect!
Our antipasti are specially composed to accentuate the taste of the vegetables, improved by little kitchen secrets for an unique taste adventure.

Pasta makes us happy, scientists say
Noodles can not only boast about their length – they also have a long history.
It must have been around 2000 b.c. when a stoneware-pot was first filled with spagetthi-like pasta.
The pot was found during an archaeological excavation in the Northwest of China, along the so-called “Yellow River”. A few years later pasta reached desert dwellers who dried the noodles in the sun to make them durable.
Via Greece, pasta finally reached Italy – a long journey! In Italy pasta became an iconic dish, thanks to “Mama” & Co.
Risotto is a rice-dish from Northern Italy, which can be prepared in many different ways.
Depending on the recipe wine, mushrooms, seafood, meat, vegetables, spices or cheese (mostly Parmesan) is added.
Like pasta, risotto is served as the first main course and is always prepared fresh with premium ingredients!
Rice is known since the Renaissance in Italy and grows mostly in the Po Valley. The best known sorts are Arborio, Vialone and Carnaroli, which are the best for risotto.
